On Harlem Avenue in Oak Park this location is one of the best McDonald's in the Chicago area it is so clean and the service is great and the food looks just like the commercials. That is why I give it 5 stars

There are a lot of teens that go to this McDonald's and they can sometimes be rowdy. The food is made decently here but it can be slow. It's better to not drive because getting back on Harlem can be difficult with no left turns allowed.

It's good when I do not have the time to cook.

Amazing atmosphere and very amiable service. The meals were fresh and enchanting. Will definitely recommend this place to friends. Fair prices and big meals. Good job.

Good place but needs to be cleaned more

Lupe is a great employee one of the best there is. She really saves the really dull atmosphere with the other employees with her dedication to each and every customer...................if the owner reads this....give her a raise

A good unit overall. Food is usually well prepared and the place is usually very clean.Parking can be an issue, especially while they are getting a delivery, but mostly goes okay.The biggest concern is that the order taking is slow and you need to repeat a few times. Managers seem reluctant to take orders or make sure someone is taking orders.

Because they never get my order correct but customer service is good!

I had a great time using the restroom I don't eat McDonald's but I don't have anything against it it's a great place if I was eating meat I will be eating at McDonald's

This place never fails to impress. They have good dishes for fair rates, there is no waiting time even when the place is full.

The food is served by friendly staff who are great under pressure. They are super fast even if line is getting long. The food has aleays been on point, specially the coffee. If you order a latte and dont want sugar in it...be sure to mention no flavoring or sugar. Being on Harlem Ave. Makes it into an easy transition to move back into traffic!

McDonalds is McDonald's. I went for a Carmel Sundae . it was great

Good burgers..

Recently been here before for my breakfast and I had to stop coming because it was just terrible. I recently came here because it’s the most convenient location and my goodness. The environment has changed. A gentlemen I have never really seen in the mornings has this place running smooth. A wonderful change in management. Just today I asked his name and he said it was Oscar. He is very sweet and kind. Getting people in and out of the place with great customer service. I’m glad they fixed the terrible breakfast issue because now I feel like I can come in get why I came for and leave with a smile on my face. So happy I can start coming back to this location for my morning breakfast. Three of my other coworkers had the same issue and I told them it has gotten better and they agreed. Big changes have occurred at this location so far so good for me.

My darling kids LOVE McDonald's. I love their $1.00 diet coke! I feel like I know everyone in there. They know me (diet coke and sometimes an ice cream cone). Kids eat everything else. Very friendly people.

This McDonald's can be hit or miss. Sometimes the staff is attentive, sometimes it takes them a minute to notice you. The cashiers have a tendency to walk into the back and start chatting with the other workers and takes a while to come to the front. Once the order in its quick and accurate.

Nice McDonald's. Recently rebuilt. Some tables offer charging ports for devices. The new digital ordering screens offer a very simple system to order food and make it very easy to customize your food, there are many options I didn't even know they offered suck as low salt or different toppings. Depending on what you order in the drive through it may take a few minutes but they have a second window so when someone does order a lot of food it doesn't hold everyone else up
